Shipping and Returns

We ship all of our non-local orders through Canada Post 2-3 business day service or Expedited, Pricing varies depending on your location but is a flat rate price for each location. We will also provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. NOTE: since COVID-19 started the arrival of those same orders has been closer to 3-8 business days within Ontario. If you ever have any questions or concerns about the whereabouts of your order feel free to email us 24/7 at or chat in the chatbox in the bottom right corner. ( We are receiving a lot of emails and messages on all platforms and are working hard to return all messages, we are very sorry if we missed yours but we are working at full speed to ensure all orders get out, very sorry about that!)
