Shipping and Returns

We ship all of our non-local orders through Canada Post 2-3 business day service at a flat rate cost of $10 for any size order within Ontario. It is $22 for outside of Ontario except for $17 for Quebec.). We will also provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. NOTE: since COVID-19 started the arrival of those same orders has been closer to 2-5 days and some orders in the Ottawa area for some reason, at random, are taking about 5-10 days, I’m so sorry about that, but rest assured the minute we receive an order we begin packaging that order together and generally have it mailed out the next day. If you have a question regarding the return of a product I am fully open to working with you! Our customers always come first and we ensure the quality and safe arrival of our jam and products. If something arrives broken, then we will always send a new jar.
